At Realm Open Air Living, each piece is crafted with intention, integrity, and enduring quality. As a trade-exclusive brand, all purchases are considered final once a contract or invoice is signed and payment is submitted.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Realm Open Air Living. To request an RMA, please contact our client services team within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your RMA is approved, detailed instructions for return shipping will be provided. Merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging, securely protected to prevent damage in transit. Upon receipt and inspection, eligible returns will be processed in accordance with our return policy.

Please note that custom or COM (Customer’s Own Material) items are final sale and not eligible for return. Realm Open Air Living reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
