Shipping policy

Realm Open Air Living – Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of our collections and the varied needs of our trade partners, all shipping arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

1. Shipping Coordination

Shipping options, timelines, and costs will be confirmed individually for each order. Upon order confirmation, our team will coordinate with the client to determine the most suitable shipping method based on the delivery location, scale of the order, and service level required.

2. Delivery Services

Standard shipping includes curbside delivery unless otherwise specified. If white-glove delivery or installation is required, this must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

3. Lead Times

Lead times vary by item and availability. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that production or shipping delays—due to freight carriers, customs, or global logistics—are outside our control.

4. Inspection & Damages

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported to info@realmopenair.com within 48 hours, along with photographic documentation, in order to initiate a resolution.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is available upon request and must be arranged in advance. Clients are responsible for all associated duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
