Trade-Only Access

All registered client sales are exclusive to verified trade professionals. Approval is required before accessing pricing or placing orders.

Final Sale Policy

All retail purchases and registered trade professional orders are final upon payment, contract, or invoice confirmation.
After purchase, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Order Review

Trade clients and customers placing custom retail orders are responsible for verifying all specifications, dimensions, finishes, and details prior to confirming an order.
Realm Open Air Living is not liable for errors or omissions after order confirmation.

Lead Times & Delivery

Estimated lead times are provided at the time of purchase but may vary due to production and logistics conditions.
Deliveries are curbside by default unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Any damage or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Natural Variations

Our products are crafted from natural materials. Variations in color, tone, grain, and texture are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
All disputes will be resolved exclusively in Cobb County, Georgia.
